2. Booking and Payments

Bookings must be made at least [24] hours in advance.

A deposit of [20]% is required to confirm your booking.

Final payment must be made upon completion of the service.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made [24] hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within [24] hours are non-refundable.
4. Additional Charges

Our quoted fares include vehicle and driver charges only.

Toll taxes, parking fees, state entry taxes, and any other government-imposed charges are not included in the fare and must be paid directly by the customer.
5. Outstation Bookings

Driver charges are applicable per day for all outstation bookings as specified in our pricing chart.
6. Liability

Gohills Travels is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
